Ps 11:1	David encourages himself in God against his enemies.
Ps 11:1	¶ *To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.* In the¹ LORD put I my trust: how² say ye to my soul, Flee³ as a bird to your mountain?
Ps 11:2	For, lo,⁴ the wicked bend their bow, they make⁵ ready their arrow upon the string, that⁶ they may privily⁷ shoot at the upright in heart.
Ps 11:3	If the⁸ foundations be destroyed, what⁹ can the righteous do?
Ps 11:4	The providence and justice of God.
Ps 11:4 •BLINDNESS-VISION	¶ The LORD¹⁰ is in his holy temple, the LORD'S¹¹ throne is in heaven: his eyes¹² behold, his eyelids try, the children of men.
Ps 11:5 •RIGHTEOUS-WICKED •SIN-SAVIOUR •TESTS, SPIRITUAL	The LORD trieth¹³ the righteous: but the wicked¹⁴ and him that loveth violence his soul hateth.
Ps 11:6 •BRIMSTONE •REWARD-PUNISHMENT •RIGHTEOUS-WICKED	Upon¹⁵ the wicked he shall rain snares¹⁶, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest: this shall be the portion of their¹⁷ cup.
Ps 11:7	For¹⁸ the righteous LORD loveth righteousness; his¹⁹ countenance doth behold the upright.
