Heb 10:1 BIBLE, THE; THE WORD OF GOD TYPES AND SHADOWS | ¶ For the law having1 a shadow of good things to come, and not the very image of the things, can never with2 those sacrifices which they offered year by year continually make the comers thereunto perfect3. |
Heb 10:2 | For then would they not have4 ceased to be offered? because that the worshippers once purged should have had no more conscience5 of sins. |
Heb 10:3 | But in those sacrifices there is a remembrance6 again made of sins every year. |
Heb 10:4 | For it is not7 possible that the blood of bulls and of goats should take8 away sins. |
Heb 10:5 | Wherefore when9 he cometh into the world, he saith, Sacrifice10 and offering thou wouldest not, but11 a body hast thou prepared me12: |
Heb 10:6 | In burnt13 offerings and sacrifices for sin thou14 hast had no pleasure. |
Heb 10:7 | ¶ Then said I, Lo15, I come (in16 the volume of the book it is written of me,) to do thy will, O God. |
Heb 10:8 | Above when he said, Sacrifice and offering and burnt offerings and offering for sin thou wouldest not, neither hadst pleasure therein; which are offered by the law; |
Heb 10:9 OBEDIENCE-DISOBEDIENCE | Then said he, Lo17, I come to do thy will, O God. He taketh18 away the first, that he may establish the second. |
Heb 10:10 | The sacrifice of Christ's body once offered, |
Heb 10:10 SANCTIFICATION | ¶ By the which will we19 are sanctified through the offering20 of the body of Jesus Christ once for all. |
Heb 10:11 OFFERINGS | And every priest standeth daily21 ministering and offering oftentimes the same sacrifices, which22 can never take away sins: |
Heb 10:12 | 23But this man, after he had offered one sacrifice for sins for ever, sat down on the right hand of God; |
Heb 10:13 FOOTSTOOL | 24From henceforth expecting till his enemies be made his footstool. |
Heb 10:14 | for ever hath taken away sins. |
Heb 10:14 | For by one offering he25 hath perfected for ever them26 that are sanctified. |
Heb 10:15 | 27Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, |
Heb 10:16 BIBLE, THE; THE WORD OF GOD | 28This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; |
Heb 10:17 | And29 their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. |
Heb 10:18 SALVATION-CONDEMNATION | 30Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. |

Heb 10:22 ASSURANCE CLEANLINESS CONSCIENCE FAITH-UNBELIEF FELLOWSHIP-ESTRANGEMENT | Let us draw38 near with a true39 heart in full40 assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled41 from an evil42 conscience, and our bodies43 washed with pure water. |
Heb 10:23 EXHORTATIONS, SPECIAL FAITHFULNESS-UNFAITHFULNESS | Let us hold44 fast the profession of our faith without wavering45; (for46 he is faithful that promised;) |
Heb 10:24 WORK AND WORKERS, RELIGIOUS | And let us consider47 one another to provoke48 unto love49 and to good works: |
Heb 10:25 DAY OF THE LORD EXHORTATIONS SYNAGOGUES | Not forsaking50 the assembling of ourselves together, as the manner of some is; but51 exhorting one another: and so much the more, as ye52 see the day approaching. |
Heb 10:26 PROFIT AND LOSS | For if53 we sin wilfully after54 that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there55 remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, |
Heb 10:27 COURAGE-FEAR WRATH-ANGER | But a certain56 fearful looking for of judgment and fiery57 indignation, which58 shall devour the adversaries. |

Heb 10:30 REWARD-PUNISHMENT SALVATION-CONDEMNATION | ¶ For we know him that hath said, Vengeance68 belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall69 judge his people. |

Heb 10:32 BATTLE OF LIFE | But call72 to remembrance the former days, in which, after73 ye were illuminated, ye endured74 a great fight of afflictions; |

Heb 10:34 FUTURE, THE JOY-SORROW SUPERIORITY OF THE NEW DISPENSATION, OVER THE OLD SYMPATHY-PITILESSNESS | For ye had compassion of me in my78 bonds, and took79 joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have80 in heaven a better and an enduring substance. |
Heb 10:35 REWARD-PUNISHMENT | Cast81 not away therefore your confidence, which hath great82 recompence of reward. |
Heb 10:36 PATIENCE-IMPATIENCE | For ye have83 need of patience, that, after84 ye have done the will of God, ye might85 receive the promise. |
Heb 10:37 FUTURE, THE | 86For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. |
Heb 10:38 DETERIORATION-DEVELOPMENT FAITH-UNBELIEF | Now the just87 shall live by faith: but88 if any man draw back, my89 soul shall have no pleasure in him. |
Heb 10:39 PERDITION STEADFASTNESS-INSTABILITY | But we are90 not of them who draw back unto91 perdition; but92 of them that believe to the saving of the soul. |
