Ps 26:1	David resorts to God in confidence of his integrity.
Ps 26:1	¶ *A Psalm of David.* Judge¹ me, O LORD; for² I have walked in mine integrity: I have trusted³ also in the LORD; therefore I shall⁴ not slide.
Ps 26:2 •REINS	⁵Examine me, O LORD, and prove me; try my reins and my heart.
Ps 26:3 •HONOUR-DISHONOUR •LOVINGKINDNESS •WALK OF BELIEVERS	For⁶ thy lovingkindness is before mine eyes: and⁷ I have walked in thy truth.
Ps 26:4	⁸I have not sat with vain persons, neither will I go in with dissemblers.
Ps 26:5	I have hated⁹ the congregation of evil doers; and will¹⁰ not sit with the wicked.
Ps 26:6 •HANDS WASHED, IN TOKEN OF INNOCENCE •INNOCENCE-GUILT	¶ I will wash¹¹ mine hands in innocency: so will¹² I compass thine altar, O LORD:
Ps 26:7 •TESTIMONY, RELIGIOUS •WORKS OF GOD, WONDERFUL	That¹³ I may publish with the voice of thanksgiving, and tell¹⁴ of all thy wondrous works.
Ps 26:8 •WORSHIP, TRUE AND FALSE	LORD¹⁵, I have loved the habitation of thy house, and the place where¹⁶ thine honour dwelleth.
Ps 26:9	Gather not¹⁷ my soul with sinners, nor my life with bloody men¹⁸:
Ps 26:10 •NATION, THE	¶ In¹⁹ whose hands is mischief, and their right hand is full of²⁰ bribes.
Ps 26:11	But as for me, I will²¹ walk in mine integrity: redeem²² me, and²³ be merciful unto me.
Ps 26:12	My²⁴ foot standeth in an even place: in the²⁵ congregations will I bless the LORD.
