Ps 146:1	The Psalmist vows perpetual praises to God.
Ps 146:1	¶ Praise ye the LORD¹. Praise the LORD², O my soul.
Ps 146:2	While I live³ will I praise the LORD: I will sing praises unto my God while I have any being.
Ps 146:3	He exhorts not to trust in man.
Ps 146:3 •SECURITY-INSECURITY •SECURITY-INSECURITY •UNCERTAINTIES-CERTAINTIES	Put⁴ not your trust in princes, nor in the son of man, in whom there is no help⁵.
Ps 146:4	His breath⁶ goeth forth, he returneth⁷ to his earth; in that very day his thoughts⁸ perish.
Ps 146:5	God, for his power, justice, mercy, and kingdom, is only worthy to be trusted.
Ps 146:5 •HOPE-DESPAIR	¶ Happy⁹ is he that hath the God¹⁰ of Jacob for his help, whose¹¹ hope is in the LORD his God:
Ps 146:6 •TRUTH-FALSEHOOD	Which made heaven¹², and earth, the sea¹³, and all that therein is: which keepeth truth¹⁴ for ever:
Ps 146:7	Which executeth¹⁵ judgment for the oppressed: which giveth food¹⁶ to the hungry. The LORD looseth¹⁷ the prisoners:
Ps 146:8 •LOVE-HATRED	The LORD openeth¹⁸ the eyes of the blind: the LORD raiseth¹⁹ them that are bowed down: the LORD loveth²⁰ the righteous:
Ps 146:9 •PROVIDENCE DIVINE •WIDOW AND FATHERLESS	The LORD preserveth²¹ the strangers; he relieveth the fatherless and widow: but the way²² of the wicked he turneth upside down.
Ps 146:10 Zion	¶ The LORD shall reign²³ for ever, even thy God²⁴, O Zion, unto all generations. Praise ye the LORD.
