Aha. Well, we found a better way, using the builtins PREFIX and SUFFIX.
I'm still curious, however, if anyone knows of a real way to have
#0:do_command() ouput after the output of a player-called verb. (Kludgey
answer: fork(1), but that, well, is inelegant.)
