Psalms 28 Vs: 9 En: 205:104 He: 96:65

Ps 28:1	David prays earnestly against his enemies;
Ps 28:1 •PIT, THE •SECURITY-INSECURITY	¶ *A Psalm of David.* Unto¹ thee will I cry, O² LORD my rock; be³ not silent to⁴ me: lest, if thou be silent to me, I become like them that go down into the pit.
Ps 28:2 •HANDS, LIFTING UP OF, IN PRAYER AND PRAISE	Hear the voice of my supplications, when⁵ I cry unto thee, when I lift up my hands toward thy holy oracle⁶.
Ps 28:3	Draw⁷ me not away with the wicked, and with the workers of iniquity, which speak⁸ peace to their neighbours, but mischief⁹ is in their hearts.
Ps 28:4	Give¹⁰ them according to their deeds, and¹¹ according to the wickedness of their endeavours: give them after the work¹² of their hands; render¹³ to them their desert.
Ps 28:5	Because¹⁴ they regard not the works of the LORD, nor the operation¹⁵ of his hands, he shall destroy them, and not build¹⁶ them up.
Ps 28:6	and for the people.
Ps 28:6	¶¹⁷Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications.
Ps 28:7 •HELPS-HINDRANCES	The LORD is my strength¹⁸ and my shield¹⁹; my heart²⁰ trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore²¹ my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with²² my song will I praise him.
Ps 28:8 •WEAKNESS-POWER	The LORD is their²³ strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed.
Ps 28:9	Save²⁴ thy people, and bless²⁵ thine inheritance: feed²⁶ them also, and lift²⁷ them up for ever.
