Ps 144:3 | LORD, what is man7, that thou takest knowledge of him! or the son8 of man, that thou makest account of him! |
Ps 144:4 | Man9 is like to vanity: his days10 are as a shadow that passeth away. |
Ps 144:5 | He prays that God would powerfully deliver him from his enemies. |
Ps 144:5 | Bow11 thy heavens, O LORD, and come down: touch12 the mountains, and they shall smoke. |
Ps 144:6 ARROWS, GOD'S | Cast forth13 lightning, and scatter them: shoot out14 thine arrows, and destroy them. |
Ps 144:7 | Send15 thine hand16 from above; rid me, and deliver me out of great waters, from the hand17 of strange children; |
Ps 144:8 | Whose mouth18 speaketh vanity, and their right hand19 is a right hand of falsehood. |

Ps 144:9 NEW MAN | ¶ I will sing a new20 song unto thee, O God: upon21 a psaltery and an instrument of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee. |

Ps 144:12 AGRICULTURE-HORTICULTURE PALACES | That our sons may be as plants26 grown up in their youth; that our daughters may be as corner stones27, polished28 after the similitude of a palace: |
Ps 144:13 BLESSINGS-AFFLICTIONS | That our garners29 may be full, affording all manner of store30: that our sheep may bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our streets: |
Ps 144:14 | That our oxen may be strong to labour31; that there be no breaking in, nor going out; that there be no complaining in our streets. |
Ps 144:15 JOY-SORROW | Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy32 is that people, whose God is the LORD. |
