force_input()...

While annoying the hell out of my GF last night, I made an interesting
discovery.  When someone has something ;force_input()ed to them, their
idle time isn't affected.  Is this intentional, overlooked, or just
unsolvable?  Just curious, is all, as this could be used as proof of a
force_input on some occasions..
