i did this at pennmoo by writing a verb that read names and e-addresses 
from a list stored in a property. you'll have to hack 
$wiz_utils:do_make_player() so that it returns some info to whatever verb 
you call it from, but in any case this can be done completely in-moo, no 
matter what client you're using.
