| Tail: | golden pheasant tail tip,
same length as body, pointed downward,
from one of the short red tail feathers.
| Rib: | 5 turns of wide flat gold tinsel,
with medium orange silk floss in between,
twisted to make it narrow,
and fine round gold tinsel as a counter-rib.
| Body: | dark olive Berlin wool.
| Hackle: | black coque, trailing the flat gold tinsel.
| Collar: | golden pheasant tail, split from the shaft, 2 turns.
| Wing: | bronze mallard, tented and very low, horizontal style.
| Head: | black.
| Note: | Named after the "First Lady of jazz",
inspired by the Lady Caroline.
