Isa 16:3 OUTCASTS | Take6 counsel, execute judgment; make7 thy shadow as the night in the midst of the noonday; hide8 the outcasts; bewray not him that wandereth. |
Isa 16:4 Moab | Let mine9 outcasts dwell with thee, Moab; be thou a covert to them from the face of the spoiler: for10 the extortioner11 is at an end, the spoiler ceaseth, the oppressors are consumed out of the land. |
Isa 16:5 NATION, THE | And in mercy12 shall the throne be established13: and he shall sit upon it in truth in the tabernacle of David, judging14, and seeking judgment, and hasting15 righteousness. |

Isa 16:7 Kir-hareseth Moab | Therefore shall Moab18 howl for Moab, every one shall howl: for the foundations of Kirhareseth19 shall ye mourn20; surely they are stricken. |
Isa 16:8 HESHBON Heshbon Sibmah Jazer | For the fields21 of Heshbon languish, and the vine22 of Sibmah: the lords24 of the heathen have broken down the principal plants thereof, they are come even unto Jazer25, they wandered through the wilderness: her branches are stretched out26, they are gone over the sea. |

Isa 16:10 JOY-SORROW VINTAGE | ¶31And gladness is taken away, and joy out of the plentiful field; and in the vineyards there shall be no singing, neither shall there be shouting: the treaders shall tread out no wine in their presses; I have made their vintage shouting to cease. |
Isa 16:11 Kir-hareseth Moab | Wherefore my32 bowels shall sound like an harp for Moab, and mine inward parts for Kirharesh33. |
