Ho 5:10 LANDMARKS NATION, THE | ¶ The princes32 of Judah were like them that remove33 the bound: therefore I will pour out my wrath upon them like34 water. |
Ho 5:11 | Ephraim is oppressed35 and broken in judgment, because he willingly36 walked after the commandment. |
Ho 5:12 INSECTS | Therefore will I be unto Ephraim as a37 moth, and to the house of Judah as38 rottenness39. |
Ho 5:13 SECURITY-INSECURITY Assyria | When Ephraim saw his sickness, and Judah saw his wound40, then went41 Ephraim to the Assyrian, and sent to king Jareb42: yet could he not heal you, nor cure you of your wound. |
Ho 5:14 | For I will be unto Ephraim as a lion43, and as a young lion to the house of Judah: I, even I, will tear44 and go away; I will take away, and none45 shall rescue him. |
