A problem about cygwins

Hello,folks!I have build a cross gcc-2.8.1 on Red-Hat Linux 5.3.Its gcc
version is 2.7.2.3.Then I want to built a cross gcc-2.8.1 on Windows NT
4.0 with cygwin-b20.Its gcc version is egcs-2.91.57.Its environments is
the same to that on Rad-Hat Linux 5.3.But I encount a error on Windows
NT 4.0 so that I cann't built a cross gcc-2.8.1 successfully.The error
message looks as the follows:
[Configuring for a i686-pc-cygwin32 host.
C:\cygnus\CYGWIN~1\H-I586~1\bin\..\lib\gcc-lib\i586-cygwin32\egcs-2.91.57\..\..\..\..\i586-cygwin32\bin\ld.exe:
no such device or address

ERROR: **** FAILED **** base build (step 1)]
Anyone can help me?Thanks.
