A question about bash in cygwin-B20

As far as I remeber you have to set HOME environment variable in ControlPanel System\Environment applet. Then you can put you .profile, .emacs etc in there. It will find it.

Bash executes in a Command Prompt of NT. Press the button/icon on the top-left corner of the Command Prompt/Bash window and you'll find the way.

By the way: strange, but I have got your message as a single line. I do not know whose mailer is wrong. Other messages are OK. So it should be yours.
