Look in config.log for what went wrong.

Not without some tweaks on cygwin32 due to some configuration changes. I
suggest picking up my binary distribution for egcs-1.1 (cygwin32) and then
build using that. You should also pick up my patches as well (which are
incorporated in upcoming cygwin32 b20).
