Newlib: config problem

Hi!

I tried to install newlib-1.7.0 but the libgloss-configure crashed:

...../newlib-1.7.0/libgloss/configure --verbose --target m68k-coff
loading cache ./config.cache
configure: error: can not find install-sh or install.sh in ../.. ./../..

How to fix it ... ?
