Below is a piece of e-mail submitted to me for the reading and action
of the saints of Higher-fire scattered everywhere.

Pastor Dino Gentile is a friend of mine. He is with the Apsotolic World
Christian Fellowship. He is a good man and these charges against him are
totally false. Please read and do what you feel is necessary.

Dear fellow American,

Please cut/paste and e-mail to as many family/friends/acquaintances as
you possibly can. A Christian Minister by the name of Dino Gentile of
Chatsworth, CA has been falsely accused, charged and convicted of a
Pensacola, FL bank robbery. He was sentenced to 41 years in Federal
Prison.

Notorious bank robber, Jeffrey Durham, seen on "America's Most Wanted"
conned his way into Pastor Gentile's life and the church, "The Ark"
located in Chatsworth, CA posing as an ATF agent. While accompanying
Pastor Gentile on a regular speaking engagement under his alias
"Stephen", Mr. Durhman diverted Pastor Gentile to a "so-called"
surveillance operation in Florida. Upon arriving, the tables were turned
when Mr. Durham put a gun to Pastor Gentile's head, a vest strapped with
explosives on his back and then threatened him and his family's life if
he didn't wait in the car!

As. the U.S. Government investigated Pastor Gentile, many of his rights
were violated. During interrogation, Pastor Gentile recounts that U.S.
Attorney General of Florida, Stephen Preisser, told him that if he
wouldn't finger Jeffrey as the mastermind, then they would put the
robbery on him. Yet they disregarded ALL concerns for continued threats
on Pastor Gentile and his family's life in oral and written form.

Here are some facts from the case: 
(1) Weapons seized from Mr. Durham revealed his fingerprints. There were
no weapons found on Pastor Gentile, nor were any fingerprints of Pastor
Gentile found on the weapon.
(2) No witnesses identified Pastor Gentile
(3) Over $100,000 was found on Mr. Durham, yet no money was found on
Pastor Gentile (Pastor Gentile's home, church and vehicles were never
searched - odd behavior for the FBI not to search a bank robbery suspect
for missing money, don't you think?)

PLEASE HELP US IN A NATIONAL CAMPAIGN TO PETITION THE U.S.A. TO LET
PASTOR DINO GENTILE GO FREE TODAY! Please petition your local and state
officials to request a Presidential Pardon by letter, phone, or fax.

Anyone who knows Pastor Dino Gentile personally knows that he is a
humble man and does not deserve this. He has gone out of his way to help
many in his community...please, do what you can for a fellow American.
