Well, since this is an Apostolic list, then taken within that context, 
and without further qualification, "church" would mean "Apostolic
church", and then in that case, the pastor would receive the tithe.  I 
was operating under the assumption that the list would understand
"church" to mean "Apostolic church".

You do introduce an interesting topic, however.  From a tax point of
view, is all contributory income classified the same way, for purposes 
of federal income taxes, or is it posible for a minister to receive
contributory income that is considered passive?
