I'm not Sister Kimberly .... b-b-b-b-but the answer is *nobody*.  Not
any human on earth, not any organization either.  Nobody has a lock on 
all truth.  Nobody has a corner on the market of truth.  When dealing
with absolutes (where something is wholly right or wholly wrong) and
mankind.... there are very few.  Jesus is an absolute.  Man isn't.

It only takes a single smidgen of something that's unscriptural merged
in with truthful doctrine to taint that which the local assembly teaches
to make 100% truth an impossibility.  There are folks in all of the 
religions that *add* and *take away* from what the Word says.... which 
in itself is a real no-no.  Oneness apostolics included.

What you can say is that there are those that have a greater measure
of truth than others.  

This discussion is kinda like the discussions we've had in the past about
how *accurate* the KJV bible is.  Some'll argue that it's 100% correct
up and down each margin of the pages.  Some'll say that there are verses
added (like the common I John 5:7 ... instance ... I think) that don't
exist in other translations of the bible.  Does that mean the KJV is to
be trashcanned because it's not 100% right?  Nay!  That's where you need
to study to prove yourself.  As time marches on, God will lead and guide
his saints into truth .... deeper and deeper.  Hopefully at the end of
the marathon of salvation, you'll have more truth than at the beginning.

When talking about translations of the ancient manuscripts of Hebrew and
Greek to something that we can pick up and read in a leather bound volume,
we must realize that it was fallible man (though studious) that has wrapped
his fallible brain around the manuscripts (hoping they weren't in error)
in order to render a translation that we can understand in plain terms of
english.  The bible we pick up is just a *translation* to what someone
else's environment has produced.  Most all of us don't know Hebrew or 
Greek, so we've got to rely on someone else's ability to *understand*
that which was scribed in the foreign tongue and then to pick out the 
right words to convey what *they* think the manuscripts are describing.

I think the KJV is probably most error free translation of the manuscripts.
But it's not error free.

Such is the same of the *whole truth*.  Truth is truth.  No matter where 
it comes from.  The life long study of the word enables someone to recognize 
truth when it is presented to the saint.  Truth might come from a baptist, 
nazarene, or lutheran as everything they declare isn't false.
