The only thing really wrong with it....is not so much
the content (because it's well thought out, etc.)... it's
the fact that it really does go against the H-F posting
guidelines where we are engaging in MONOPOLIZATION...
>>>B. Are you monopolizing the conversation by posting too much?
Instead of replying at length to each message in a thread, compile your
replies into one post. This forces you to think about such things as
structure and reasoned argument as you pull together the many lines of
thought in a thread. It is also much more pleasant to read.<<<
If this were a fully moderated list, then this kind of stuff wouldn't
happen. Me or Bro. Richard would say YEAH or NAY to each of the posts
and deal with it.... but it isn't so we need everybody to POLICE their
own posts.

I wish, I wish, I wish, I wish, I wish..... that folks would
read ALL of the postings to H-F, delete the ones they don't
care about, get more email (to check to see if any hasn't
slipped in unawares) and read it, delete what's necessary...
then.... if there's something that needs to be added to the
discussions, POST-THEM! If you feel an urge to AMEN someone...
FORGET IT! Or do it privately! Mainly... don't post something
that's already been posted. Cut-n-paste carefully from the
previous post.... don't think you have to keep all of the
text from the previous post. I don't mind reading something
NEW... put it kinda kindles my anger (<huff>..<huff>..<huff>)
when people either don't TRIM the previous post down and just
put 1 line (or very very few) of comments into a previous multi-
line post. If there's a paragraph that you agree with.... don't
quote the whole paragraph and say "Agreed" on a line by itself.
To me, if someone doesn't respond to a paragraph (or sentence
for all that matters), then they implicitly are showing some
degree of agreement (or tolerance at best). Just CUT the whole
paragraph out you agree with and go on. Make it a task to see
how small of a post you come up with. What fat is here and there
to be trimmed?
Also don't think you have to respond to anything. Nothing
demands an answer.

Just read all of the posts -FIRST- before you write and defend.
Make sure you're caught up and have digested everything that's
been said on the thread.

That's a reall BIGGIE! Hopefully nothing we've written to H-F will
be brought against our charge in the day of judgement.

That's right.... I know the PASSIONS of this group is rather
wide and we'll fight for many a thing.... just chill out a
little. Take a deep breath. Kick the dog.... Scratch the
cat.... take a broader look to what's going on. Can you see
the forest (from your angle) only because the trees get in
the way? Let patience be your virtue.... lively discussions
don't have to be hasty discussions.

Bing! Bing! Bing! Bing! Bing! There it is... a *thankless*
job has once again become *thanked*.... ahhhhhhh it feels good
to receive payment once in a while.

Ain't that the truth! This really is a good list. And it
has quite a variety of oneness folk from all over. 50 years
ago this definitely wouldn't have been possible with these
kinds of discussions literally spread all over the world.
Technology has caused us a benefit that saints of the past
didn't have. It wasn't possible for a saint in Germany to
have *virtual* fellowship with a saint in Los Angeles. Now
it is. A good thing. I think.
