"Official" UPCI Site

Just for everyone's info: 

I cannot put any links on the official site that has not been cleared by
them first. Of course there are other places we can link  in urls but from
the official site we cannot. If you would wish this then you would have to
get ahold of headquarters and get their approval. The reason is not that
they don't want to support our sites but that they have to be very careful
what they show as supporting.
