Prophecy re-thinking?

When will this happen?
Isa 52:8  Thy watchmen shall lift up the voice; with the voice together shall they sing: 
for they shall see eye to eye, when the LORD shall bring again Zion.
Or when does this happen,
Eph 4:13  Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of 
God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fulness of Christ:

We must work out our own salvation, Phil 2:12  Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always 
obeyed, not as in my presence only, but now much more in my absence, work out your own 
salvation with fear and trembling.

As we grow in grace and knowledge, 2 Pet 3:18  But grow in grace, and in the knowledge 
of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen. 
Growing up into Him, Eph 4:15  But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in 
all things, which is the head, even Christ: We are looking unto Jesus, Heb 12:2  Looking 
unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him 
endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne 
of God.

Rom 1:17  For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is 
written, The just shall live by faith.
 From faith to faith, and then face to face, 1 Cor 13:12  For now we see through a 
glass, darkly; but then face to face: now I know in part; but then shall I know even as 
also I am known.
