What is the problem here?

Am I the only one with cramps in my left arm from working the Alt-D keys
to delete all this diatribe in the last few days? and today there is a
FOURTEEN part  lesson?!?!? This is too many postings by too few and also
the postings themselves do not follow the H-F netiquitte as I read it and
also as I try to practice? The guideline again is write more than you
send by 50%. Cut the portion you send. Also since this is archived,
remember you are sending to the whole internet community.
Any feed back from anyone else buried with mail? List Owners?
