Prophecy re-thinking?

Dear readers,

In comments on this thread, I made some statements that may have been
interpretted as my saying that Bro Blume had called me a liar. Please
let me quickly correct any such impression.

I did not say this, and do not believe this. What I did say is this:

When a person asserts the validity of their own comments based on
private spiritual experience, when others could make similar claims,
and that spiritual experience is said to be the confirmation of God's
spirit, the spirit of truth, they are indirectly assaulting the
other's sincerity.

We all say things we would rather not, sometimes. I meant this only to
point out the logisitics and not to imply that Bro Blume had intended
to do so. I was simply arguing against presentings one's subjective
spiritual experience as substantial evidence to support one's
propositions.

My sincere apologies. I stand reproved and corrected.
