Gentlemen; It all admiration of preaching by many gifted men who are able
to sway the hearts of men and women, and not give them the slightist clue
about what they need to do to be saved. You can appreciate it all you want
to, and I admit that alot of what they say is true and it is annointed, but
remember it is also false doctrine and therefore damned. It takes faith in
God and His Word, repentance, baptism in the name of Jesus, the infilling of
the Holy Ghost with the initial evidence of speaking in other tongues and a
showing forth of the fruit of the spirit in the life to be saved. Of course
we must believe that Jesus Christ is the visible manifestion of the spirit of
God also, for Jesus said Lest you believe that I am He, you will die in your
sins.
These men that only have some truth and yet embrace the Catholic doctrine of
the trinity and all its implications are enemies of the cross, whether they
realize it are not. Jesus embraced the run of the mill sinner, but he did
denounce the religious world of his day as whited vessels full of dead men's
bones. He was at odds with them and did not work in conjunction with them, he
had his chosen ones and that is where in concentrated his efforts. It is not
annointing and some truth that saves humanity, and even though we
"Apostolics" also look through a glass darkly sometimes we still are the ones
that teach the fundemental doctrine that is able to save a soul from hell.
And it is essential that we know that this Apostolic message is absolutely
essential in order for someone to be saved. Let God be true and every man be
found a liar.
