Excellent call Bro. Blume, we (the chosen) all that were
chosen before the foundations of the world, are all refered
to as the elect, the Greek word for elect is EKLEKTOS, and
is the same Greek word used for elect throughout the NT.

Another note of interest maybe, to some, is in the scripture
Mt.24:24 "For there shall arise false Christs, and false 
prophets, and shall show great sighs and wonders; insomuch
that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect."

Note: The adjective _very_ which procedes elect, is not in the 
the original Greek manuscripts, only was inserted in the AV
for the sake of grammer.
