The missionaries were required to read this before going to training,ONE
YEAR.

I do not know if it is required for every training missionary school.

The reason is the missionary board completely has authority over every
missionary, and if that missionary ever rebels, he is brought home 

They cannot have any lose cannons out there.

I was going to go to one and decided that was not my calling THEN.
