My copy is simply entitled SPIRITUAL AUTHORITY by Watchman Nee and it
is published by Christian Fellowship Publishers, Inc. NY NY. I imagine
you can order it through any run of the mill Christian bookstore.

I cannot vouch for all of their publications. Some are "off", to be
mild.
