To all: 

The UPCI.ORG site is up as Bro. Stallet noted. I had tried to post to the
list before concerning this but I don't think my email ever got through. It
was probably just because it had been a while since my last post. I want
everyone to understand that this site is still being worked on. I will be
adding information to it quite frequently as well as updating the rest of
the divisions. Please be patient. We wanted to go ahead and put something
online even if it wasn't all the way finished. Please be sure to visit from
time to time.

It has been a long process and it's hardly finished but I've enjoyed the
work. I am thankful I got the opportunity to do it. God has a way of moving
sometimes in such tremendous ways... even on the internet.
