Anyone who was reading a number of months ago understands that Brother
Blume and disagree vehemently on a number of points regarding
prophecy. Bro Blume, you dseparted Newfoundland just about the time
that I listed a number of issues, that I felt were profoundly
demonstrative with regard to the reference to a literal endtime, and
also several references that clearly identify various peoples
referenced in the relevant scriptures.

I think that I can say confidently, "The archives are OPEN!" - right
Bro Brown ?

Since we JUST finished ANOTHER round on the prophecy deal, I am going
to spare everyone the 5-10 messages a day in 2-3 threads that result
everytime this subject comes up.

Some of us ought to be able to cataloug the perspectives pretty
expertly by now. I personally feel that ONE of these perspectives is
rooted in an ungodly anti-semitism to a major fault. Of course, the
individals who may carry these notions may be unwitting propagators of
the devisive error.

I would be interested in viewing a summary of these viewpoints made up
by someone who has been a spectator in these debacles.

I remind all that the reading and understanding of the prophecy is not
in any way a factor in finding the gates of salvatiion (Deut 6:4, John
20:28, John 3:5, Luke 24:47-49, Acts 2:1-14, 2:38, etc etc), and
living for Him (Titus 2:11-13... etc), AS LONG AS one BELIEVES that
the Lord will return for a PREPARED CHURCH. This is ESSENTIAL.
(1 John 3:3)

Now, I have debated it, and will hotly contend for views in prophecy
(stopping short of causing a disunity of the body) that I believe are
POWERFUL instruments of understanding delivered to the church, and
warnings to the world to document God's sovreign power.

However, I am aware that it is a blessing to see these things and that
fine, godly men and even perhaps prophets in their own ministry can
live and read and pray and NOT SEE the truth on some prophecy.

With that in mind and having contributed scores of posts lining the
higher-fire archive walls

I WOULD like to *privately* revisit Bro Blume with the prositions that
he probably missed 2 rounds ago, when he pulled the plug and left
Newfoundland. That we will do God permitting. :-) I love Bro Blume, he
has a wonderful depth of expression, and unceasing enery. Besides, our
friend S.W. cursed us both - I dont know whether he deserved it as
much as I did, but its a bond :-)

With an eye on the clock, a city to win, and feeling the sting of
rebuke from the elder, I remain,
