Bro. Parker,
I know what you are going through being on that college campus. There are so
many demons to deal with. As a former president of the Apostolic Student
Outreach at North Carolina A&T State Univ., I can tell you that the fight may
get a little rough, but just as the Word says, "But thanks be to God who giveth
us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ." I will definitely be in prayer
for you as well as for the other guys that they may see the Light that shines in
YOUR soul. You're doing a good work, brother. You may never see the reward of
the job you do for Christ on this earth, but one thing's for sure.....my God's
retirement plan is OUTTA THIS WORLD!! Hang in there, brother. God bless.

My roommate here at college is having some difficulties at college. Some
strange stuff has been going on that he can't really explain. He said it hasn't
felt as bad "vives" (if you want to call it that) since he dated a girl a few
years ago that later he found out dealt in a little of witchcraft. He said that
this time around it has only happened since he met with a gaming friend of his
that loves to wear jet black stuff. I haven't seen him wear anything else
besides that except a white shirt. I don't know what exactly is going on, but
as we were talking, I picked up my bible and just opened it up to see if I could
find anything to comfort him. a couple scriptures poped out and after I read
them and saw the expression on his face, he said that was the closest
explaination to how he felt. They are found in Psalms 38: 7-8,10. "I am
troubled: I am bowed down greatly; I go mourning all the day long. For my lins
are filled with a loathsome disease and there is no soundness in my flesh. My
heart panteth, my strength faileth me: as for the light of mine eyes, it also
is gone from
me. "
After talking, I found some others that helped to put him at rest for the night.
They are Ps 42:5; 27:1,14. He thinks it may be due to a spell or something
from his gaming buddy. All I know was last year something happened with this
buddy and I ended up in the hospital for about 4 hours taken in by ambulance.
Just pray for him and for me that I can be used of God to win both of these guys
to Christ.
