What if the 144,000 are representative of the CHURCH - the Israel
of God. See Rev 14.

That is Plymouth Brethren interpretation there. Many believe
that the 3.5 years are symbolic and not literal.

Again, that is highly interpretive. Two witnesses simply refer to
restoration. Joshua and Zerubbabel, Moses and Eljiah,
the cherubims on the ark - all show thought of two witnesses.
Spirit and Word!

Agreed. But this cannot be proved by Revelation's symbolism.
