> Timothy,

another computer war, but what do you mean by the above???

I am sorry. I forget just how defensive people get about
their machines. I thought that this was good spirited
FRIENDLY
banter and would also guess that VAIN attenpt at humor
applies.

> BTW, I own 2 pc's (one of which I built), worked on Macs
for 6 years, own 2 Amiga's, several 8bit machines (one of
which I use for digital radio work in Amateur radio. I also
tried a couple of os's (?) and for my pc now run OS/2 Warp.
How familiar are you with Amiga? I am only curious and not
wanting to start a heated discussion, ok?

I have a friend that has one (his is DECKED) and I have one
(I haven't gotten around to hooking it up yet). I'd say
from this limited experience that they are indeed FINE
machines and would, from what I have heard, have to say the
same about Macs. The major limitation my friend complained
about was the
lack of software and the price of said software. He was in
the process of linking to an IBM board to use "Windoze"
stuff.

I never touched a computer before Jan 96, so what do I
know?

If I HAD to make an assesment I would have to say that it
is basically a personal choice (prejudice?) since the
machines are "generally" comparable (IMHO). Software is
~more available for Windows. I personally want at least
one of each! Curiosity/Versatility!

different folks!

I like this!

I stopped by your site. Let's exchange links. Is that a
trout you are holding in the picture?
