Terrance:

Instead of writing everything I wrote a few months ago, check out the
Higer-fire archives and see what I said on this topic.  We have already
had a discussion on this, and what the Bible basically says is not
to kill.  What we might find as acceptable in a "human" sense is and will
never be acceptable in God's eyes.  The New testament does not talk about
killing but love.  In Psalms you will find scripture in where someone
calls upon the name of the Lord and the Lord smites his enemies.  If we
are living for God and in hiw will, AND have the faith that God is asking
us to have,(faith that comes by fasting, prayer, and 
not doubting) then we too can call upon his name and God will take
control.
