     I prayed one night that God would have to "open" the
book of Revelation that I could deal with it since I had
read it for about the 10th time and was still lost.
     His immediate answer was that it is like any other
book.
     He then said to read to the end of charter 8 and close
the book.  This is because that this is all that applies
directly for anyone in the prerapture period.
     He has shown me the rest of it.  It isn't what you
would expect and certainly is not what anyone has preached.
     BTW, it is just as wrong to preach the book of
Revelation as 
all spiritual as it is to preach it as all literal.  It is
both and it takes the Spirit of God to "open" it.
     Let me save you some trouble.  Some will ask why did
He show me when all those others asked.  I have two
responses.
The first is "Why NOT me?  God uses the foolish things to
undo the wise does He not?  There was no greater fool than
I." and the second is that it just wasn't time.
     Anyone interested?
