I have turned to this alot of times,  when you think about it, the storms may
leave a scar, but it's the great physician that heals those scars and makes
us able to keep on living for Him.

I agree with what you said, but the quote in the first post gave the impression that the storm would leave no effects (scars) if Jesus spoke the word or took care of things.  I don't believe this to be true.  Actually, scars are the result of healing.  Healing is for the hurt, not the scar.  Just being a stickler for truth.
