Amway, And other "schemes"

There are several different "branches" of what we call 
"Amway" (or "scamway":)).  The way the base corporation 
wants things done is very different than the way the 
Yeager/Britt groups tell you to do it.  (I was in Amway for 
a while).  Amway (the corporation) stresses customers--you 
must sell to 10 different customers a month.  If you can 
get someone else in the business, great, but it isn't 
stressed.  In the Yeager/Britt groups, they stress the 
opposite--get others in at all costs and forget about 
selling.  THAT is where you flirt with the pyramid schemes. 
 True MLM centers around a product.  Yeager/Britt center 
around recruitment.  They do this so they can get $$ for 
their other Amway related "books and tapes" 
businesses--more people in the group, more people buying 
these books and tapes.
