MIME attachments and HTML double messages

I just sent an E-mail a little bit ago with my E-mail
option set on
"send immeadiately" (sp! but can't figure out where!) and I
am sanding this one with the "wait" option.  This sends the
mail when 
you shut down.  Let's see if there are two of these.

It seems that there is no "disable" for the MIME setting.
