Babys and mentally impaired may not know fully of the gospel, but
neither do they have the capacity to distinguish between right and
wrong.

A criminal knows full well of his wrong. Are you saying that a serial
killer will be extended mercy because he hasn't heard of Acts 
2:38?<<rh


I'm confused.  When did I mention criminals in my argument?  Where do 
criminals fit into my argument?  I was (obviously?) talking about 
those who have never had the chance to understand.  A criminal has 
CHOSEN a life of crime.  There was once a time when the criminal 
battled with his conscience (the Holy Ghost) and ignored it and 
committed the crime anyway.  I don't think I was talking about that in 
my argument.  

If you are referring to the title of the thread, I changed it to 
follow a tangent point someone else had made--I wasn't referring to 
the Death Penalty, so I changed the title.
