ObRules:

Rules are completely arbitrary and all decisions by the judges are
final.  Those questioning the rules are subject to removal from the
contest pending decision of the judges.  This contest valid throughout
the world except where prohibited by law.  Contestants must be 18 and
older to participate.  Higher-Fire Enterprises Unincorporated, with
offices in Sidell IL, Gibson City IL, Bowie TX, Olean NY, San Jose CA,
Rancho Cucamonga CA, Krebs OK, and Perth Australia, reserves the right
to use likeness, images, quotes, sound-bites, and goofy faces of
winning contestants.  All person associated with Higher-Fire, including
but not limited to officers, employees, associates, list-members, sons,
daughters, uncles, mothers, fathers, dogs, cats, and Quaker Parakeets
are not eligible to win any real prizes.
