Peter pronounced, as the Holy Ghost led him, but Peter neither sentenced
them to death nor carried out the sentence (it was their own lies that sentenced
them. Like wise in Revelation John made a decree that Jezebell who be punished,
but he did not make this decision or carry it out.
This would seem to imply that our Government were run by true profits (not the
unlike scenario in which Clinton really speaks for Jesus) then it would be able to
predict who God would punish.
I cannot see how it effects the issue of the death penalty one way or the other.
