IRC and UPC

And the PAW and the ALJC, and all other Oneness groups using IRC.
I have asked before but not gotten a response. Can anyone who uses IRC
tell me how to use it and send me some directions. A web search just
brings up weirdos, unless this is the medium you all use- same as the
weirdos (I hope not). I am in the process of changing my ISP and also
have both Internet Explorer and Netscape. Can anyone help?
