You say this as though the only people that know about God are English
speaking missionaries from America. How do we know that those people
aren't already Apostlic in their own language and their own culture? How
do we know that they have not already experienced the Holy Ghost?
Because we don't understand their culture and/or language, we assume
that we are coming to their rescue with the Gospel, which very well may
be the case in most situations.

To assume that all uncivilized communities are God-less is ignorance on
our part.

Unless you are suggesting idol worship, for them to believe in more than
one God (Trinity) means they would have had to had some exposure to God
in some way, shape or form.

By Christ endowing them with knowledge and truth from on high, and not a
version from American missionaries.

The retarded and babys are a totally different situation than criminals.
Babys and mentally impaired may not know fully of the gospel, but
neither do they have the capacity to distinguish between right and
wrong.

A criminal knows full well of his wrong. Are you saying that a serial
killer will be extended mercy because he hasn't heard of Acts 2:38?
