Downing of Flight 800

Yeah, I saw the story.  Strangely, Pierre hasn't handed his "evidence"
over yet.  This is his second attempt to cash in on the TWA missile
theory.  The first time nobody noticed.  He mentioned the secret words
"Secret Service," "French Intelligence," and "JFK" this second time
around.

Note that Pierre gave his press conference in France, which still has
great interest in the story (lots of French on that flight).

The latest theory I heard: the lone P-3 Orion flying around Long Island
fired its Harpoon anti-ship missile for some mysterious reason.  The
missile, while in transit to its target 15,000 feet below, intersected
the flight path of TWA 800 *boom*.
