I heard on the news this afternoon that he originally said he got it
from a Secret Service person, but then said he got it second hand from
someone in France, and finally said it had circulated on the internet
for several months.  YOu all *DO* remember the discussions we had on
this list back when the crash originally happened, don't you?  I gotta
wonder if Salinger has been reading the archives here... :-)
