My reply:
I've been doing a study on the book of Romans with one of my courses through
the AWCU (Apostolic World Christian University).  I don't have any of my study
Bibles with me, so I'll paraphrase what I have found through this study (I
have used the Amplified Bible a lot with this study - it has been a great
help!).  Romans 1:19 tells us that god has made Himself plainly known to man
in his inner conscience.  Verse 20 says that His creation, the things that He
made, even His eternal power and divinity, are known to man.  Men are without
any defense or excuse for not acknowledging God in their lives.
