But they have heard of God, and from that point forward, it is up to

What kind of church doesn't teach what God means? If it is a person
truly hungering for salvation, I don't believe that God would keep them
in ignorance. God CANNOT allow someone to be born into this world and
die without ever having a chance at salvation...if anyone can think of a
scripture to support this, then help me out...
