Don't really need scripture to prove that...God is a just God, and for
him to permit a life to depart from a body without hearing and having an
opportunity to be saved would make God unjust.

God is not willing that any should perish, but that all would come to
repentance...might not hear an Apostolic preacher and an altar call, but
it's up to an individual to hearken to the voice of God when God tugs at
that individual's heart.

EVERYONE has heard about God and being saved at some point in their
lives, and I honestly believe that each person is exposed to the true
gospel message at least once...
