Okay, so I'm eating humble turkey pie!

The supposed MIS staff member was, in fact, from our
Client Services Dept. and MIS has confirmed exactly what
you mentioned.  Evidently, when this hoax first started,
they contact federal officials and learned it was a joke. 
Mia culpa for not looking into the situation first.  I humbly
apologize to anyone who was inconvenienced.  Thanks,
Bro. Richard, for bringing this absolute truth to my
attention.  And by the way, II Hezekiah 12:8 just happens
to be one of my favorites...what gives?
