  REGARDING re>Death Penalty

>The disingenuity of this statement boggles my mind. People who oppose
>the death penalty have unclean hearts? That's quite an accusation
>against your brethren! Not even the Pharisees crowding around the
>adulterous woman were bold enough to cast that first stone against
>her.

Yikes! I wasn't referring to saints who are against the death penalty, but
rather wondering about the hearts of some of the unsaved out there who bray
against the death penalty. I had in mind a couple of people I know
personally, and so that really doesn't apply to all the unsaved either.
Sorry about the generality, when I really meant something more specific.

My apologies for the gruesome wording here. (I really shouldn't type
that late in the day :-(
